All of our deliveries are made by our own staff so we are in full control. Your furniture will come to you directly from our warehouse rather than the number of warehouses used by couriers. Our staff have their temperature taken twice a day, will maintain social distancing where possible and use hand sanitiser before handling any furniture.
Once your whole order has been fulfilled, you will be soon after be notified with a delivery / collection date. If part of your order is ready, you can either request a part delivery for extra charge (if we are in your area), or you can collect the items from our warehouse/showroom for free. The lead times shown on items is the approximate time given for us to receive your items from our suppliers.
Once we've received all your items to our warehouse, it will then go to the dispatching stage where depending on where you live, can take up to 2 weeks to be delivered to you. Usually this is quicker but it all depends on where you're located from our dispatching area (LE16 7PT).

We recommend you take some measurements at home to ensure that the furniture you are ordering will fit through the doorways and into your chosen room. This will include measuring the stairwell and, if your property has one, the lift entrance.
Please note: None of our staff are held responsible if you cannot fit your items to the room of choice.
Our assembly charge cost's £29 and that covers assembly for you're entire order. Items that usually need assembly are the following: Dining tables, Dining chairs, Beds and Wardrobes.
Most other items such as Sideboards, Cupboards, Cabinets, Coffee tables, Lamp tables, TV units, Nest of tables, Bookcases, Stools, Chest of Drawers and Bedsides, are already assembled with usually just the handles to fit. 1. If, at the time of your delivery, you decide not to keep your order, please email info@furnitureloft.co.uk to request a collection*.
2. All returns must reach Furniture Loft Ltd, in the condition you received it and in its original packaging.
3. Once we have received the return, we will process the return of goods and agree a resolution based on terms of your purchase.
4. If you allow the delivery team to remove the packaging from your property, you do this on the understanding that you have accepted the items you have received and do not wish to return them.

*Please don't dispose of your old furniture, especially sofa's, until your new furniture has been delivered.
1. When we are able to deliver to your area, you will receive an email or text notifying you about the scheduled delivery date.
2. If you cannot accept delivery on the dates suggested, please contact our delivery team directly on 01858 435500 or email at info@furnitureloft.co.uk and they will try to to accommodate you elsewhere.
3. On the day of your delivery, the drivers will contact you 1 hour before your deliveries due to arrive.
4. If you require a more precise time slot, you can call us in the morning of your delivery day and one of our staff members will be able to let you know a rough time.
5. 90% of our deliveries are carried out within the specified time slot. But time shall not be of the essence and the company shall not be liable for any loss arising out of any delay beyond our control.
6. Allow up to 10 working days of receiving your email confirming that your goods are ready for delivery, for your delivery slot to be booked.
1. Ensure there is a clear and safe route for the delivery men to access your entrance door and your room of choice.
2. Please note that our delivery men are not permitted to remove their footwear or wear overshoes for health & safety and insurance purposes; please do not ask them to do this.
3. Safeguard all floor coverings using protective materials.
4. Remove any items such as pictures and ornaments from the access route.
5. Keep pets in a separate room during the delivery.
6. Take time to check carefully that you are happy with your goods before the delivery team leave the property.
Deliveries are arranged to be logistically cost-effective. We aim to send our delivery vehicles out full, on a route that is fuel efficient; Not only to lower our carbon footprint but to guarantee that delivery charges are kept to a minimum, ensuring you the best possible price and service.
