Furniture Loft

Our Deliveries are done by our own vans. For that reason, we cannot deliver to Cornwall, Scotland nor Ireland.


All of our deliveries are made by our own staff so we are in full control. Your furniture will come to you directly from our warehouse rather than the number of warehouses used by couriers. Our staff have their temperature taken twice a day, will maintain social distancing where possible and use hand sanitiser before handling any furniture.




Our Delivery Service

Once your whole order has been fulfilled, you will be soon after be notified with a delivery / collection date. If part of your order is ready, you can either request a part delivery for extra charge (if we are in your area), or you can collect the items from our warehouse/showroom for free. Item lead times / Delivery times

The lead times shown on items is the approximate time given for us to receive your items from our suppliers.

Once we've received all your items to our warehouse, it will then go to the dispatching stage where depending on where you live, can take up to 2 weeks to be delivered to you. Usually this is quicker but it all depends on where you're located from our dispatching area (LE16 7PT).

Small Items for only £9.99

Your online delivery of items weighing <30 kg to any UK Mainland will be delivered by either DPD or UPS and includes:

  • Contact via email/SMS to inform of delivery date with tracking number;
  • One-man delivery; and
  • Delivery to the door only.

You will receive an email or SMS from the courier to inform you of the expected delivery date along with an online tracking number.

In-house delivery service

Our In-house delivery service is fulfilled by a two-man team which deliver to any address within a 200mile radius from our hometown postcode - LE16 7PT

Our delivery service includes:

  • Notification via email / text with a delivery date (see important notes)
  • Phone call around 1 hour prior to the delivery to confirm arrival time
  • Up-to two-man delivery (depending on the weight of your order)
  • Time to inspect your items during delivery

Pallet Delivery

If you postcode is outside 200miles from our postcode (LE16 7PT), we can offer a pallet delivery service which includes the following:

  • Pallet deliveries are made to a kerbside location ie driveway
  • The heavy goods vehicle must be able to get close access to your driveway or front of property
  • Drivers are not permitted into your home
  • Disposal of packaging is the customer's responsibility
  • Manoeuvring of goods once offloaded from HGV is customer's responsibility
  • Pallets cannot be manoeuvred up or down steep inclines
  • The driver will not wait for goods to be unpackaged and checked


Measure up

We recommend you take some measurements at home to ensure that the furniture you are ordering will fit through the doorways and into your chosen room. This will include measuring the stairwell and, if your property has one, the lift entrance.
Please note: None of our staff are held responsible if you cannot fit your items to the room of choice.


Our assembly charge cost's £29 and that covers assembly for you're entire order. Items that usually need assembly are the following: Dining tables, Dining chairs, Beds and Wardrobes.

Most other items such as Sideboards, Cupboards, Cabinets, Coffee tables, Lamp tables, TV units, Nest of tables, Bookcases, Stools, Chest of Drawers and Bedsides, are already assembled with usually just the handles to fit. 1. If, at the time of your delivery, you decide not to keep your order, please email to request a collection*.

2. All returns must reach Furniture Loft Ltd, in the condition you received it and in its original packaging.

3. Once we have received the return, we will process the return of goods and agree a resolution based on terms of your purchase.

4. If you allow the delivery team to remove the packaging from your property, you do this on the understanding that you have accepted the items you have received and do not wish to return them.

Important Notes


*Please don't dispose of your old furniture, especially sofa's, until your new furniture has been delivered.

1. When we are able to deliver to your area, you will receive an email or text notifying you about the scheduled delivery date.

2. If you cannot accept delivery on the dates suggested, please contact our delivery team directly on 01858 435500 or email at and they will try to to accommodate you elsewhere.

3. On the day of your delivery, the drivers will contact you 1 hour before your deliveries due to arrive.

4. If you require a more precise time slot, you can call us in the morning of your delivery day and one of our staff members will be able to let you know a rough time.

5. 90% of our deliveries are carried out within the specified time slot. But time shall not be of the essence and the company shall not be liable for any loss arising out of any delay beyond our control.

6. Allow up to 10 working days of receiving your email confirming that your goods are ready for delivery, for your delivery slot to be booked.

Delivery day

1. Ensure there is a clear and safe route for the delivery men to access your entrance door and your room of choice.

2. Please note that our delivery men are not permitted to remove their footwear or wear overshoes for health & safety and insurance purposes; please do not ask them to do this.

3. Safeguard all floor coverings using protective materials.

4. Remove any items such as pictures and ornaments from the access route.

5. Keep pets in a separate room during the delivery.

6. Take time to check carefully that you are happy with your goods before the delivery team leave the property.


Deliveries are arranged to be logistically cost-effective. We aim to send our delivery vehicles out full, on a route that is fuel efficient; Not only to lower our carbon footprint but to guarantee that delivery charges are kept to a minimum, ensuring you the best possible price and service.

Click and Collect


Use our Click and Collect service to place your order securely online to collect your order from our Riverside store in Market Harborough. Our collection service is available seven days a week at the following times:

Please note: Collection on weekends will need to be confirmed 48 hours prior so our warehouse can collect your items ready for then.

Please ring us on 01858 435500 with a 24hour notice to let us know when you would like to collect so we can get your order ready for you.

Monday-Saturday: 9.00am to 5.30pm
Sunday: 10.00am to 4.00pm
