Our Delivery Service

Following a review of Government guidelines, we're happy to announce we're back to delivering your goods!

Since we prioritise the health and safety of all our staff and customers first, our delivery service will be to your doorstep/hallway.

We still offer our 2-man delivery service. All our deliveries are made by our own staff so we are in full control. Your furniture will come to you directly from our warehouse rather than the number of warehouses used by couriers. Our staff have their temperature taken twice a day, maintain a distance of 10 feet from you and use hand sanitiser before touching any of your furniture to insure there's no spread of germs. They will then take your furniture off the van to your doorstep/hallway having removed all packaging.

Please be advised we are experiencing slight delays with deliveries. If you prefer to wait, please tell us when we contact you.

Our Deliveries are done by our own vans. For that reason, we cannot deliver to Cornwall, Scotland nor Ireland.


Our Delivery Service

Small Items for only £9.99

Your online delivery of items weighing <30 kg to any UK Mainland address is a 48-hour express service once dispatched, delivered by Parcelforce and includes:

  • Contact via email/SMS to inform of delivery date with tracking number;
  • One-man delivery; and
  • Delivery to the door only.

You will receive an email or SMS from the courier to inform you of the expected delivery date along with an online tracking number.

Multiple items or single items over (30 kg) UK Mainland*

Your online delivery to any** UK Mainland address includes:

  • Contact via email/text to arrange a delivery date (see important notes);
  • Phone call the day before delivery is due, to confirm 3-hour time slot;
  • Phone call on the delivery day to confirm arrival time;
  • Up-to two-man delivery (depending on the weight of your order);
  • Delivery to the room of your choice; (unfortunately we cannot offer this currently due to COVID-19)
  • Time to inspect your items during delivery.

Delivery to any of the exceptional postcodes listed at the bottom of this page, are carried out using a pallet service:

  • Pallet deliveries are made to a kerbside location ie driveway
  • The heavy goods vehicle must be able to get close access to your driveway or front of property
  • Drivers are not permitted into your home
  • Disposal of packaging is the customer's responsibility
  • Manoeuvring of goods once offloaded from HGV is customer's responsibility
  • Pallets cannot be manoeuvred up or down steep inclines
  • The driver will not wait for goods to be unpackaged and checked

Measure up

We recommend you take some measurements at home to ensure that the furniture you are ordering will fit through the doorways and into your chosen room. This will include measuring the stairwell and, if your property has one, the lift entrance.


We can sadly not offer the full assembly and room to your choice right now due to COVID-19.
There is currently two options:
One being where we can deliver to your front door/hallway
The other option is that we can hold your items in our warehouse until the regulations have passed and we're able to come into your rooms and assemble items

Free returns

1. If, at the time of your delivery, you decide not to keep your order, we will take it away with us free of charge.

a. This is not possible with Parcelforce or pallet deliveries. In these cases, returns must be logged with our customer service department, by email, within 14 days of you receiving your order.

2. All returns must reach Furniture Loft Ltd, in the condition you received it and in its original packaging.

3. Once we have received the return, we will refund the price paid for the goods (excluding any optional extra charges) to your original payment method within 5 working days.

4. Delivery service for larger items, excluding exceptional postcodes, includes the removal of packaging.

5. If you allow the delivery team to remove the packaging from your property, you do this on the understanding that you have accepted the items you have received and do not wish to return them.

Important notes

1. When we are able to deliver, you will receive an email or text, simply follow the link provided to select from available dates.

2. If you cannot accept delivery on the dates suggested, please contact our delivery team directly on 01858 435500 and they will try to to accommodate you elsewhere.

3. The evening before your delivery, we will call you with a three-hour time slot.

4. 90% of our deliveries are carried out within the specified time slot. But time shall not be of the essence and the company shall not be liable for any loss arising out of any delay beyond our control.

5. On the day, you will receive an automated phone call with an approximate ETA, when you are the next scheduled drlivery.

6. Allow up to five working days of receiving your email confirming that your goods are ready for delivery, for your delivery slot to be booked.

7. Our long-distance (50 miles plus from our store LE16 7PT) are typically made on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday only.

Delivery day

1. Ensure there is a clear and safe route for the delivery men to access your entrance door and your room of choice.

2. Please note that our delivery men are not permitted to remove their footwear or wear overshoes for health & safety and insurance purposes; please do not ask them to do this.

3. Safeguard all floor coverings using protective materials.

4. Remove any items such as pictures and ornaments from the access route.

5. Keep pets in a separate room during the delivery.

6. Take time to check carefully that you are happy with your goods before the delivery team leave the property.


Deliveries are arranged to be logistically cost-effective. We aim to send our delivery vehicles out full, on a route that is fuel efficient; Not only to lower our carbon footprint but to guarantee that delivery charges are kept to a minimum, ensuring you the best possible price and service. Therefore, any amendments to the agreed date/timeslot or address, received later than 48 hours prior to the agreed delivery date, will incur a £39 charge, payable at the time of change.

Click and Collect


Use our Click and Collect service to place your order securely online to collect your order from our Riverside store in Market Harborough. Our collection service is available seven days a week at the following times:

Monday-Saturday 9.00am to 5.30pm
Sunday 10.00am to 4.30pm
